Delivery
We will endeavour to despatch all orders within 48 hours of the order & Payment being received,

We use 2 methods of Delivery, Royal Mail Parcel Force which will be delivered with your normal mail, leaving a card if there is no-one in, they will require a signature on delivery unless instructed otherwise it is therefore important to provide us with a manned address for delivery or instructions. Finally we may deliver the goods by hand again a signature will be required.

Should your order be returned to us undelivered, we reserve the right to charge a redelivery fee for sending the goods out a second time.

Postage and Packing costs
Our postage and packing charges work on a sliding scale, in an attempt to be fair to all. This scale is designed to work on approximate weight - the heavier an item or items are, the more it will cost for delivery. Our postage and packing charges range from £0.00 GBP to £40.00 GBP each.

Some products have a fixed postage cost which will be added to the overall delivery cost. A product may have a fixed cost due to a special offer on postage on that product or due to the size and weight of a product making it difficult to delivery. Products with fixed postage cost have the postage displayed on the individual product page.

Belly Busters may offer free postage on some items or orders over a certain value from time to time. Should these orders be returned to us for reasons other than a fault, Belly Busters reserve the right to charge a handling fee of £25.00GBP per consignment, to cover administration costs.

Belly Busters may also choose to promote their website by distributing special offer codes giving discount on postage, which must be used before the expiry date of the offer

VAT
All prices on the website exclude V.A.T. Value Added Tax will be applied at the prevailing rate on the date of purchase (currently the rate is set at 15.0%). None UK or VAT Exempt Customers should contact us prior to make a purchase. Issues that are raised with regard to the payment of VAT will be refereed to the UK VAT office and there decision will be final.
Refunds and Exchanges

Damaged or Faulty goods
In the unfortunate event of an item being damaged or faulty which in your opinion is due to a manufacturing error please return the item immediately for our inspection.
Please note: We may have to return the item to the manufacturer for inspection. Items deemed to be a manufacturing fault will be replaced free of charge.

Returns
Belly Busters will refund or exchange any unsoiled / unused items (with tickets still attached and in there original delivered condition) returned to us within 7 days of original delivery date. You can claim a full refund less postage or alternatively exchange any item.
We advise that you use the Post Office Parcel Service or other appropriate service with adequate and appropriate insurance cover bearing in mind the value of the goods being returned.
Belly Busters is not liable for returned parcels in transit, in the event of any claim it is the sender who is responsible for processing the claim.

Stock levels and price changes
Belly Busters endeavour to keep a full selection of all stock, but this is not always possible, should you order an item that is out of stock or unavailable we will endeavour to advise you and may recommend an alternative. Any substitute item supplied that is not satisfactory can be returned.
Should you wish to order an item that is not listed in the online shop, please feel free to contact us directly and request the item.
Belly Busters endeavour to keep up to date with all price changes, this however is not always possible, Belly Busters therefore reserve the right to discontinue a line or change prices at any time without prior notice.

Right to cancel
In accordance with the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000, you have an unconditional right to cancel your order within 7 working days of delivery.

Liability
Belly Buster takes steps to prevent computer viruses from being transmitted via electronic data transfer, but cannot guarantee that our website, e-mails or linked websites do not contain computer virus code. You are therefore strongly advised to undertake anti virus checks. Belly Buster undertakes no liability for loss or damage howsoever caused.
Belly Buster is not responsible for the content found on linked websites. Belly Buster operates in accordance with The Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 and The E – commerce Regulations 2002. Belly Buster does not accept responsibility for errors or omissions. All products on the website are there as an invitation to treat. Belly Buster’s website is governed by English law.

Preview Products
Preview products are products that are not yet available for despatch as they are still being manufactured. Products that are marked as preview lines may be reserved in advance for immediate dispatch when available by purchasing the product in the normal way, (No money will be debited from your account until the goods are despatched) An estimated delivery date will be posted on the product page, Sue Andrews will make every effort to deliver your order on time.

Special Offers
Sue Andrews Will do promotions from time to time, to qualify for a promotion you will need to have a voucher, these will be distributed by Sue Andrews by several methods, InStore, At trade fairs and by Email or any other method appropriate. A promotion may only be redeemed online at point of purchase (Not Instore or by Phone). The parameters of each voucher will be set out on the voucher.

Currency/Pricing
All transaction will be made in GBP (£). Unless agreed prior to the transaction.

International Deliveries
All deliveries will be sent with a courier company and will require a signature on delivery. European Deliveries may take up to 10 working days for delivery to be completed from the date of dispatch. International shipping charges like domestic charges reflect the costs Belly Busters are charged for delivery.
Product Range available
Unfortunately we may not able to offer our full range of products for international delivery due to the Size, Weight and Nature of some products.

VAT Exemptions Areas.
None UK Customers should contact us prior to attempting a purchase. In the case of a VAT exempt purchase we confirm that our invoice will show the appropriate charge less Vat.

Tariffs and Import Tax
Any additional charges levied on products are the responsibility of the purchaser/importer.

International Returns
Our returns policy is the same through out the world (please see our returns policy). We advice all shoppers to check, measurements etc of a product before purchasing to avoid additional costs when exchanging or returning an item.
Special offers such as free postage only apply to the UK.
